It is the buyer's responsibility to check the laws in your city/county/state, regarding owning hybrid felines.  Please check with these agencies in your state prior to making a deposit on a kitten/cat.    Deposits    We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve a kitten/cat.  Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable on preordered kittens (not born yet).  Once a deposit is placed on a specific living kitten, deposits will no longer be transferable unless the kitten proves to be of lesser quality than first thought.  We require a deposit to make sure that the customer is serious about buying a Deity kitten.    *Please note that the deposit on the F-1 Bengals is $500 to hold the kitten/cat.  Should the buyer change their mind about the purchase of the kitten/cat, the deposit will be returned after a new approved buyer is located.      Shipping    We will ship from El Paso International Airport to any other major airport in the united states.  We require $250 to ship your kitten/cat.  This will cover the expenses of the veterinary check, vaccinations, health certificate, carrier, safe transportation to the airport, shipping insurance, and the airlines shipping fee.    It is very unusual for anything to go wrong during the shipping, but we insure the kittens for the full value if possible.  It is the buyer's full responsibility once the kitten/cat is left with the airlines.    At the time of pick-up, if anything has happened during the shipping process, the buyer must notify the airlines and file all required claims with the airline.  Deity Health Guarantee does not cover injuries.
